Mota-Engil Central Europe signed a contract for the construction of Plac Kaszubski Residence in Gdynia. Upon the order of Yareal Polska, we will build an elegant multifamily building with 7 overground storeys and one underground storey. This is another civil construction contract for MECE in Trójmiasto.
There will be 38 flats in Plac Kaszubski Residence, with varied areas ranging from 39m2 to 162m2. All of them will have balconies, and flats on the top floor will have large terraces. The height of the flats, up to 3 metres, and large windows will ensure brightness and spaciousness. The ground floor will house five commercial premises, and the underground storey will be occupied by a car park and storerooms. The investment plan also provides for bicycle parking spaces. At the back of the Residence, there will be a green patio for residents with a playground dedicated to children.
The building constructed by MECE will be distinguished by its elegant, harmonious form referring to the Gdynia tradition. This will be reflected in the bright façade, rounded building corner, arched staircases and common areas finished with noble materials.
Plac Kaszubski Residence is being constructed in an excellent location - on the west side of Plac Kaszubski, at the corner of the intersection with Jana z Kolna Street in the historic centre of Gdynia. It is an impressive closing of "old Gdynia" from the north, and at the same time a place with a well-developed urban infrastructure.
