Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A. begins a new contract in Gdańsk - Baltea Apartments.
The project, that we will implement for Develia S.A., involves the construction of 238 apartments with a view of the Gulf of Gdansk - at Prezydent Lech Kaczynski Street. The building will consist of 13 above-ground storeys and 2 underground storeys with 224 parking spaces. As part of the investment, 1 commercial unit and 21 outdoor parking spaces will be executed.
